The organization invests time and resources to assist them in the process of planning, cultivating, and ultimately achieving their goals. Our approach is rooted in the utilization of positive and productive outlets, including the creative visualization of aspirations through vision boards, the transformative power of active prayer, and the supportive guidance of counseling. H.O.P.E empowers young individuals to realize their full potential.
H.O.P.E envisions a future where everyone succeeds, breaking free from the constraints of past circumstances. The organization instills the belief that with faith in God, any obstacle can be overcome. We are driven by our belief that, "When we do it in God's way, everyone WINS!"

The woman behind the vision
Hello! I'm Kutrina, the founder of H.O.P.E., an outreach group with a profound mission: "Helping One Person Every day." Our purpose is to uplift others through Christ and guide them on a journey to draw closer to God. I embarked on this venture five years ago, and each year, my growing team and I organize a vision board party in my community, marking the inception of this uplifting tradition on December 16, 2016.
A vision board, for us, is more than a collage of pictures and words; it's a powerful roadmap that visualizes our aspirations for the future. Placed in a location where it can be seen daily, it serves as a constant reminder of our dreams. During these parties, members of our local communities come together not only to create vision boards but also to share their life testimonies, fostering a sense of encouragement and support among participants.
The impact of these events has extended beyond our small agriculture-based town, reaching communities in Fairfax, Virginia, and Mariana, Florida. In a community where resources may be limited, H.O.P.E strives to be a voice that resonates with the potential for greatness within each individual. My introduction to vision boards came from my best friend, Sharonda, and although I didn't create my first board until a few months later, the experience left an lasting mark on me. Coming from a town where opportunities may seem limited, I am passionate about encouraging others to dream big and not settle, regardless of ongoing circumstances.
One of the beautiful aspects of our vision board parties is the diversity of voices that contribute. Speakers from various walks of life, including rappers, poets, models, and more, share their unique stories of triumph over trials. There are no requirements for speaking at these gatherings; I am drawn to individuals who have faced challenges and are unafraid to share their stories. Every speaker's narrative is a testament to the unique and intricate stories crafted by the hands of God.
I was initially hesitant to start these vision board parties, battling with concerns about others' opinions and whether anyone would listen. However, through constant prayer and dedication to God, I found the courage to channel my energy into helping others. Now, I am frequently found offering advice or lending a listening ear. Witnessing the manifestation of dreams through the vision boards fills my heart with joy and serves as a testament to God's glory.
